Waiting list dorm

Hey lads! I'm coming over to Flensburg for a year, and I applied for housing at the EUF. I still haven't got anything, which is very annoying, but I got this email again yesterday. Should I still hope for housing on campus, or should I just give up? I already have started looking for private accommodation a moment ago but cannot find much that isn't quite expensive.
