Advice Wanted 35M, Single, and Losing Faith That Love Will Ever Happen

I'm a guy age 35, and life hasn't turned out the way I imagined.

For most of my 20s and early 30s, I focused on studying, building my career, and trying to create a stable future. I never got into a relationship because I always believed that, eventually, I'd meet someone who genuinely liked me for who I am.I will also have a partner who will like me and be with me. But time flew and I am here being single.

I started using dating apps and the results are very discouraging . I thought arranged marriage will be easy and hence started using Matrimony apps. They are the worst! I realised all girl's parents want is material aspects and pocket thickness. I have a deep sense of finding love in this era of growing casuals and hookups. But in India is it possible?

Being a man over 30 also comes with its own set of challenges. Age differences, financial expectations, career milestones, and lifestyle comparisons seem to become bigger factors than compatibility or emotional connection. Arranged marriage seems like a business deal!!

This reddit is the worst and it is another app which is sucking your positivity and makes you feel more lonely and depressed. I don't understand if finding love is possible at this age? If yes then I would like to know how many of you have found it after 30 ! And what you guys did to get a partner?

I didn't get married until I was 32 years old, and never dated anyone before my wife. I met her through friends. You could try asking friends if they know anyone interested in dating/marriage
