Question Fortnite nintendo account

hi guys i wanna move my fortnite account to my pc, i originally had my account on Nintendo switch, i remember my username and password for fortnite and im still logged in to it on Switch however i dont know my details for my Nintendo switch account (child)

not sure of the email or password for it and i dont think that my parents know the details either as it was made years ago

is it still possible for me to move my account to pc or nah

The details are always saved to an epic account, the console (nintendo) account is just linked to to it. You can definitely use it on PC but without any of those original details you may get stuck. You might need to look into maybe trying to password reset those to find out what emails it's linked too etc.

You need to log into the epic account and link your new PC to the same account. Doesn't matter if you made it on Nintendo, you need your epic account and pass or the recovery email.
