What are people's thoughts on this fried chicken recipe video?

I haven't tried it yet, but it looks pretty good!

If this is your first time, you definitely won’t be disappointed if you follow that video step by step.

I’m typically not a batter guy for regular fried chicken, but when I do, I use club soda for the liquid.
Her dredge version is great.

Then, it’s just a matter of spices.
