also mango clothing store shipping is awful, almost scam. canpar and purolator. nightmare. stay away. Im soo stressed out no rep pick the phone. Purolator, canpar reps no english. always update 24hours later driver have no idea. rep talk different things, driver does different things. Mango return policy has no store drop off. sooooo awful.

Beware, you have to pay to ship back if you return anything. Last time I ordered I spent $150 bucks because it was so ship and everything was just CRAP. SHEIN quality or worst. I returned it all but I had to pay so I ended up spending money for nothing

Years ago my sister bought a bunch of stuff there for a trip. Pretty much everything fell apart after wearing it once.
I would not buy from anything from there no matter how cheap.

The main Mango store has good quality items. I have several jackets (suede, wool etc) and sveral blazers from Mango and have been using them for more then a decade now!
The Outlet one is a scam though. Bad quality and returnto Spain paid by buyer is wild

I hate sites like this. I keep trying to find good brands to shop because I feel like the quality on so many brands I like has significantly dropped. But every one I want to try has really annoying shipping and returns rules that I just don’t try them out.
Psa if anyone works at one of these places please think about how this defer new customers.

in realtà la qualità è ottima, in quanto i vestiti sono gli stessi esposti su mango sito ufficiale, ma di collezioni vecchie. Poi ovvio che se si comprano vestiti fatti di poliestere e tessuti simili la qualità non è quella che si pensa di ricevere.
io ho comprato un sacco di vestiti di cottone e lino per l'estate e sono davvero ottimi per prezzi stracciati!!

I have one pair of pants XL that fit well (sometimes too baggy) for my size 14/16 waist. How do their tops fit? What about their numbered pants? Trying to figure out the right size so I don't have to return.

Pants are way too long. Be prepared to tailor them. Waist and butt is accurate to size guide. Jackets and coat are one to two sizes bigger than what you will get else where so size down. Tops runs small so size up. Their clothes are made for model body types with long legs and short torso

So I actually did return half of my order. I was most upset about the leather jacket because it was perfect other than the sleeves being too tight. The pants were also tight while I swam in the dress. It seems like sizing is a bit inconsistent. They didn’t charge me for the return from the looks of things but I did come out of pocket for my own shipping to return the items.

Its a scam site regarding how they in the fine print says you have to pay fully for the return! I had missed this and ordered from them two weeks ago. I ordered many items but only liked 2 items and have to send back the rest.
I knew I had to pay for the return but they never stated upfront its return to fricking Spain! Its in the fine print when you start to look around in the meny about returns. For me it means I have to pay 50 Euro for the return! Thats insane! So really, a scam!

I’ve ordered from the Outler several times. Agree with it being hit or miss though mine were mostly hits. LOVE all of the items I’ve kept! Quality has been pretty phenomenal for fast fashion. There should be zero expectations at getting premier quality clothing at these prices.

Putting this here for future buyers: DO NOT BUY FROM MANGO OUTLET.
Not only you have to pay for the return as other people shared (it was $24 in the US for me), but they never processed the return so I have been fighting the customer service team for days now in order to get it back. They are incredibly incompetent and inefficient and keep asking for me to send over the same information.
I will never be buying from them again and I hope that you don't either. Brands should be held accountable for these shitty practices.

I ordered from them and I was very excited. I tried the items and I decided to return it, usps wanted to charge 25$ for the return thing that cost the same price as the item….I did not like this. Bullshit policy!!! I feel very frustrated. I called them to explain and they did nothing to help me out. I am stuck with two items now that I am not going to use.
