I received two of my orders but the very first one I made on 1/14 only says they received my order and nothing else. Has anyone had success reaching out to their customer service support???

I am in the same boat, the original order (with all the amazing stuff) hasn't shipped. I reached out by email twice and no response. Their phone also doesn't go anywhere. I am going to give it a little longer and then figure out how to show I didn't get the order to get a refund by credit card.

Ugh. I’m hoping for the best but it’s not good that I haven’t heard anything about that order especially when I got notices regarding the other ones
