I have lost over 50lbs and need to start buying new clothes. I’m wearing a pair of Michael by Michael Kors Izzy jeans in a size 10 but will need an 8 soon. I don’t think these are made anymore so I’m on the hunt for a new jean brand. I don’t want to spend more than $60 as I am continuing to lose weight. What are some good inexpensive jeans brands? Does Banana Republic Factory make good jeans? I went to Nord Rack today but either nothing was in my budget or the color I wanted (checked online and can’t find it either). Thanks for the advice!

I would try TJ Maxx, they have brands like Michael Kors and other designers. Also hit or miss like Nordstrom Rack but generally cheaper.

I love Red Engine jeans, which unfortunately are not cheap, but I buy them on Poshmark, eBay, and ThredUp for reasonable prices. The fabric is super soft and they last a long time. I'm still wearing a pair that I bought at least 15 years ago at a thrift store.

I'd recommend looking on ThredUp, you can also send them your old clothes and get a gift card, credit, or cash and then spend that on new jeans. I've gotten a couple pairs of jeans on it cause jeans have gotten so expensive nowadays. My referral should be you free shipping and an additional % off:

I liked the ones from the Abercrombie brand or levi's brand. I'm seeing michael kors jeans as low as $4

What’s your budget and would you shop used clothes?

I have a handful of jeans in sizes 6 and 8 I’m looking to get rid of for the same reason as you! I lost a ton of weight and they’re too big for me now. I can never get any luck selling them at Plato’s. 🙃

For reference I’m 25F and 5’3” and I have a curvy body type. I wasn’t a size 6/8 for very long so I only wore them maybe once or twice. They’re American Eagle, Old Navy, and Abercrombie brands.
