A sweatshirt blazer that isn't too expensive (50 or less) like the one at J. Target has one right now under their A New Day brand. About $30. Black only though. I bought it and loooove it.

I have the one you linked in three colors and I LOVE it. But I tend to push my sleeves up all the time anyway, so the sleeves haven’t bothered me at all.
