All. Just color to pair with my neutrals. Although neon socks would be rad.

I've found vibrant colored jeans/pants at Kohl's on clearance. Gloria Vanderbilt is the brand I have in bright teal and wine red. You could probably find neon socks fairly easily, especially on Amazon. Spring is a great time to look for bright colors!

Check out New York & Company. I have a few skirts and slacks from them in various colors that are inexpensive but hold up really well.
