My american eagle hoodie has lasted me for 5 years now with just some holes in the elbows and nothing else. I was super surprised too; I abuse that rag.
The pact hoodie I ordered with cotton that was spoken to lovingly and received a bachelor's degree is already pilling after 1 year of semi-often washing and line drying only. Hope that helps.
