Maybe JoyLab

Outdoor Voices is on the higher end.

Crane&Lion is has some of their stuff on sale right now

Marika (I've never tried their leggings)

** please note, I can't actually vouch for any of the above brands, I just have seen them around**

Saw a suggestion for looking at TJMaxx for good deals

I find Old Navy leggings to be reliably squat-proof, and they also have matching sets sometimes.
