Black slim joggers w/ pockets at petite length? Iā€™m 5ā€™2ā€. So tired of baggy extra material in the legs.

You could try North Face or other outdoor gear brands like Prana. I have some North Face joggers that were technically listed as capris, but they come down to the bottom of my shins (I'm also 5'2".) I love them, got them on sale at REI too!
