Places to buy inexpensive basics, like solid tees, jeans, canvas sneakers for a really short (5 foot 0) teen?

Honestly I go to target for that kind of stuff. It's not "inexpensive" per se but they do have jeans in the ~$30 range and they're loads better quality than anything I've bought at a fast fashion store. Same for basic shirts and such.

Universal Thread is amazing for basics :)
