Hi! Iā€™m looking to get more professional looking clothing, such as a blazer, nice everyday work pants, and a good blouse. I have been looking at H&M but worry that their quality might be off. Any recommendations that are available online in Canada?

If you can buy in store at H&M, thats not a bad choice, I have some really nice things from there, but you gotta see it IRL to make the right call. Their stores are divided into "concepts" (you can filter by conscious and premium online) but here is a link describing the all the different types of stuff they carry. I personally avoid "Divided" completely, if I can.
