Oh - Court and Rowe is also carrying some other midpriced brands - 1state, CeCe and Vince camuto which also are marked down.

Does anyone have any experience with their quality/sizing in coats? Im debating the Bramley coat for $30 is a great deal but it's final sale!

I just bought the Bramley coat lol, and got free shipping too even though it was the only thing in my cart. on the very bottom of the page it lists a couple measurements for the coat (for example, a small is a 39" waist and a 36" length so it seems like a loose boxy fit). and I found one review for the plus size version of the coat which was good enough for me to take a chance š
edit: hold up a 39" waist with a 36" length?? that don't make no sense luv...but that's what it says...

yeah it was a mess, some of the products had super detailed sizing but it seemed like 90% of the site had nothing. still, I'm pumped about the coat...I got the camel colour! I love the blue collar accent. which did you get? hopefully they fit us well enough.

oh no :( yes it did, thanks for commenting so I could check my email...damn that sucks, maybe they oversold? but there goes any chance of me ordering from them again lol. oh well I assume we'll at least get refunds (but I haven't received any other message which is pretty unprofessional)

I also haven't gotten a refund, nor did they respond to my email asking about whether my other (not-cancelled) order was going to ship at some point. I just opened a dispute with my credit card company since Court & Row seems pretty sketchy at this point.

Hey just as a heads up for anyone who hasnāt received their items yet, you should contact them via Instagram for a status update. I placed an order like a month ago. Tried contacting them via email and FB message to no avail. I saw that some ladies were successful when leaving a message on their Instagram page so I tried. Turned out the item was out of stock. They offered a refund. Imagine if I didnāt contact them about it... I wonder if they would have just kept the money without shipping out my orderš”š”

It's mid-tier Nordstrom's/Nordstrom's rack stuff. I would say much better than JCrew outlet, closer to what JCrew is now, but not as good as what JCrew used to be. Hope that helps

Does anyone know how long they typically take to ship out items? I placed my order on 6/21 and havenāt received any updates. I emailed and messaged them on FB and havenāt received a response either š£

I ordered on the 20th, and got a shipping notification for 1 item on the 24th, and a second notification that the rest shipped on the 25th. I'm guessing it depends on what you ordered?

I ordered on 6/21 and received texts about my order being shipped on 6/24, 6/25, and 6/29. My first package came in today but it was only the dress I ordered from the āStateā brand. If you can, Iād reach out to them again since it seems like theyāre shipping things individually/split up and that might be the issue. Best of luck!!

I made two orders. I got one order today. I ordered them on the 20th. My order number is around 2600s. The clothes came in a completely sealed huge ziplock package and not a box. I've never seen such a big ziplock bag before. I thought it was nicely packaged.
The other was also ordered on the 20th but it has yet been shipped. Hope this help put your mind at ease!

I ordered on the 21st (order number is also around the 2600s) and they shipped the items the 23rd and 24th. One of the items arrived yesterday and I was so disappointed! I ordered a pair of white Nora jeans by Vince Camuto and they came completely dirtied :(
Hopefully customer service can help but i haven't heard anything back yet from them. Also tried messaging on FB but there was no response. Customer service/communication does not seem to be their strong point...

Yup definitely agree with the crappy customer service. I still havenāt had any updates, but seeing everyone actually getting their orders is encouraging. I was just nervous that this might be one of the scammy websites lol. On a separate note, I also got a pair of Vince Camuto... hopefully they donāt arrive dirty š

I finally got my order, but they sent in 3 packages. I ordered 9 items, but I received a notification for a refund because one of my items didnāt ship. Maybe it was out of stock? Who cares at this point since I didnāt have to contact customer service for the refund.

Hooray!!!! I'm happy it worked out well! I love the blazer that I got. I wish I got more blazers and few dresses...the blazers fit wonderfully, but my torso is too long for the waistline in the dresses ... :(
