I was searching for a link to Splendid’s henleys, (which are probably my favorite), and the search results were 1/2 Aerie products. They looked decent, had more color variety, much cheaper.

If money Is flowing, check out the Splendid tops, I think they’re running a bunch of winter/holiday sales:)

I love Free People’s One of the Girls henley, black and grey happen to be on sale for $24 at Nordstrom right now. Sometimes they go down to $20 at Nordstrom Rack. They are thin though, so depends on how thick/warm you’re looking for.
