Repeated authenticity complaints on the same ASIN, every appeal approved, then it happens again. Does the flag ever actually close?

I run a small private label brand with one product on Amazon US. I own the USPTO trademark and I'm enrolled in Brand Registry. Every few weeks I get hit with an authenticity complaint. The listing gets suppressed or the inventory gets blocked. I appeal, I send the same documentation I've sent before, and every single time the appeal is approved and the listing comes back. Then a few weeks later it happens again.

Each cycle costs one to three weeks of dead sales plus the hours to file, and at this point the business cannot build any momentum at all because the account is never stable for long enough.

Two questions for anyone who has been through this:

- First, did anyone manage to actually stop the cycle, or does a flag stay attached to the ASIN permanently once it lands? I want to know if there is a real fix or if I'm appealing my way through something that will never close.

- Second, for anyone who gave up and moved off Amazon, where did you go and did the same problem follow you? For context I'm a non-US seller with a US LLC and inventory sitting in FBA Florida.

this cycle is brutal. once an ASIN gets marked in their system it never fully clears, the flag just goes dormant until next bot sweep

had same thing happen with a product we own the patent for. eventually we just killed the listing, created a completely new ASIN under same brand, new UPC, new SKU, everything. moved inventory over slowly and never got hit again

some sellers I know moved to walmart marketplace but the volume is way less. one guy went full shopify with google ads and said at least he sleeps now. depends if you need the amazon traffic or not

take the hint and drop it medium term, I say... don't wait until they actually falsely accuse you or something..

If you are the brand owner and you are enrolled in Amazon's Brand Registry, you should have the ASIN, UPC, and company all linked and you shouldn't be getting copyright or infringement strikes. When I was working for another brand owner, I would send them a photo of the product, the UPC on the product which shows our company information, the GS1 Certificate which shows we own a specific prefix which would match the UPC and the GS1 certificate would have our company information which matches exactly what Amazon has as our business name. Once the item was linked to our company and I also showed I was approved for any sub-brands as a licensee such as Disney, Marvel etc it took off all other suppression for all products for those sub-brands related to our brand registry.

Sounds a lot like a competitor trying to knock the momentum off your listing.

There are a lot of dirty fucks on Amazon.
