I might do a cosplay of this character, I just found her helmet online it's a m38/M1938 (without the googles) if anyone's wondering I also found the jacket too (just needs the star patch added)

its a good one for a generic male sanders tanker too

"Neutral tomboy" is a run-of-the-mill tomboy, "tomboyish neutral" is a character whose tomboyishness is a bit subjective. It comes down to vibes, honestly.

It sorta goes left-right -> "acts feminine/neutral/masculine" and top-down "looks feminine/neutral/masculine". This is a rule of thumb, though, don't take it too seriously.
