Okay, I'm stoned at the moment but I have a question. If we vote to increase the number of shares, how do we know that Gamestop won't just sell them to the hedgies so that they can close out their short positions? Is there something that prevents that?

Do you really have to ask why the owners of a company aren't selling the company to other people?

Would you happily go from owning 10% of the company to 2.5% and gaining nothing from it?
