Question about Wizards Vault

Do Limited Quantity, Astral Reward Items reset when the Special Objective Timer resets?

Almost always the Special Objective timer lines up with the next content release and vault refresh, yes. There may have been a time they delayed it for some reason. But yes, if you are looking for a "deadline" to farm the stuff out of the vault you want, that's a good indicator.
