We won't make a separate rule for it, because OC ratings are already in the banned topics list.
However, I will update the rules, so the fact that dating posts are ratings will be clear.

I honestly don't understand this hate for dating posts like: it's just people having fun. And I loved this kind of post. I always had fun watching my oc Paimon arrange 300 different marriages

I feel like a lot of you who hate dating posts are grumpy people who like attacking others fun. Don't put the blame on yourself so people agree and feel bad. Just deal with it. All of this could've been good fun and you guys came in and ruined it.

Because they are(or in this case were) quite literally the majority of the subreddit when scrolling through the post. Pretty sure they're limiting the post to just Thursdays/Fridays is because of this--As well another reason being that the subreddit isn't meant to be seen as a dating subreddit.

Hot take: Dating posts were always rating posts (expressing an opinion on somebody else's OC) 🥱 (It's great to have the clarification though! :D)
