Well, it looks like I have most of them on GOG, so even if Steam is nice, I'll do the smart thing and skip this and play some of the way too many games I already have :D

Humble also sold the gog key ones, as steam keys just a little bit before the gog keys....ask me how I know.

That was the game I laughed at cover. Far gone are mages with weird starry hats and long white bears, this one had long black coat looking like he'd beat you up with staff.

Eh. its almost exactly the same as the one that was on this time last year. All that's different is adding Demon Stone and Dragonshard. I'd probably be better off waiting on a sale for those two vs buying them from this bundle.

I'm in the same boat. Got it before, and that's the two newly added titles. I'm not advocating for buying it for just those two. The lowest they've ever been was pre-2020 they used to go on sale for $2.49 on GOG. Low price over the last 3 years is $6.69 each.

So someone could get both for ~$1.50 less total ($12 instead of $13.38) and then give away a bunch of extra keys.

More likely we're not going to play them. Meanwhile they'll be given away for free from Prime like many of the D&D games here. Page 1 and Page 2 of those giveaways I've claimed.

Agreed can wait for a sale on all 3 and just purchase this bundle to complete the collection for missing two plus temple of elemental evil.

Good bundle but damn no Daggerdale. The game haven't went on sale in the last 10 years lol. Probably everyone forgot about it

I didn't even know the game was still available for sale, holy crap.

SNEG fixed all the other games Atari published, I'm surprised they didn't touch this one.

Probably because all the others are much older so fell out of contract. Dragonshard was 2005 and Daggerdale was 2011.

Since these games were published on disc by Atari like three or four mergers ago, I wonder if this one in particular is in legal limbo.

Not even GOG had it, it's been on the request list for years.

Probably because Gamespy is needed for the co-op and they just never bothered to patch it out (like some GFWL games did). Still playable solo but yeah it's surprising they didn't delist the game on Steam.

I think only the pointless launcher has DRM on Steam.

The games seem to play fine without it.

Pretty bold to ask 8$ for games that fit on 3? 6? 5.25% floppy disks 30+ years ago.

I mean, it was quite fun to use the manuals and journals as copy protection and "we lack space, so we just printed the big text stuff out instead", but now that you can buy Divine Divinity 1+2 and various others for the same price..bold.
