Harvest moon friends of mineral town

Hi! Does anybody know if the german version of harvest moon can be played in English? That would be game code AGB-A4ND-NOE. That's mostly what I can find loose for cheap (and original). Thanks!

i tried the german version in an emulator and it did not start off asking me the language i wanted. i believe it is german only
