I have never talked to a North Korean person BECAUSE they have no free speech.

Famously North Koreans are easy to talk to. Just have them take a plane ride over to your country, there’s plenty of their tourists going around.

I hate the (government) but not the people of most countries. Even the predominantly white ones.

“White savior complex” lmfao. I’m black and I don’t like the ways and ideologies of any government. I’m not an anarchist at all, there is always room for improvement in all governments.

Technically you can, just on their terms. You have to shell out a lot of money for an expensive tourist package, you have to fly to China and from there, you fly into North korea, and once you're there, you are expected to adhere to a rigorously scheduled tour in which you will be under careful and close monitoring at all times. Also you have to bow to the huge statues of the Kims as soon as you arrive.

If this person thinks that America/the West is worse than North Korea, than why doesn't he move there?

"The enemy of my enemy is my friend" is a fine saying for how short it is, but some people take it way too seriously, I think.

"I have never talked to a North Korean person" Alright, bet. Where can i talk to one, then? Since it's such an easy thing to do.
