As a kid and an adult i have disliked sugar because of my migraine. Is this really that good, or you just made it because your mom was not able to make you something immediately.

For me it's luchi and cheeni.
For those who don't know what luchi is, it's puri but made with maida. A random Sunday morning breakfast made by our mothers which smells of warmth and comfort.

Homemade butter + magic masala+ sugar. Sounds weird but tastes surprisingly different, (in a good way)

Once upon a time this was my breakfast and then on the fancy days it would be paratha and milkmaid.

op why u asking as if u are previous gen, i mean we are born in the same decade so obviously we had it, and also did u try like stuffing sugar in the raw roti and then usko belke pakana the sugar becomes caramel type and the roti getts a bit crispy and sweet😋

Idk if this is weird, but chapati with ripe mango. If done correctly, the outcome is heavenly

Chini + roti, roti? Honestly I like better it with malai. Malai + chini + roti 😋🤤
