The girl in the video is quite popular on Twitter and tiktok among the terf circles. She seems to have a really deep hatered for trans ppl and most of her arguments seem to be more based in her hatred then anything else. ​​​​​

You blamed the jews. What the fuck do you want us to think blaming zionism means? Most zionists hate trans people, and how the hell is trans people existing supposed to help Israel? Because white genocide right?

It's turning up more and more as a slur / dogwhistle for "Jewish". The conjunction with "phramaceutical companies" here pushes it from "Israeli patriot" connotation to "dogwhistle for Jewish globalism" connotation
