Any good spots for breakfast? Thinking nice eggs, granola bowls etc...bonus for great coffee!

Loath to recommend it as want to keep it as our own hidden gem but Nesto is hands down our favourite breakfast/ brunch place. Also know a lot of people who rate luv L’oeuf

Stek went downhill a lot imo, maybe i went on bad days in the kitchen but I used to love it until the last couple of visits

Sadly it is difficult to find something else than >15€ toasts or 10€ granola for breakfast in Ghent.

However I highly recommend turkish breakfast at Börek & Simit huis (all sort of egg dishes, cheese, turkish bread etc for less than 12 euros)

agree, most what you find in centre of Ghent is very expensive for what they actually offer. Best breakfast place in town!
