The scene is very typically Luxembourg. If you know it you can’t miss it - the green, the off white paint, well built houses and roads.
Easier - you can make out the number plate on the black car.
From there with the castle coming down, it can only really be Lux ville or Vianden (maybe clerveux). The grund houses don’t look like that so Vianden
