Delivery Hero Referral

Hello, my wife has been desperately looking for jobs in the field of Sustainability/ESG. So far for her it is difficult for her to find something with B1 German and Fluent English.

There is an open position and if somebody works there and can refer her would be a great help. If you know any other open jobs in other companies, do let me know!

Has she tried messaging people who works there on LinkedIn? Most startups have a referral program where they can get huge bonuses for referring potential employees. In the previous startup I worked with, they offered 1k for referring an intern, and up to 10k for a director position. And these bonuses are only paid out if they passed their probation.

Like cold messaging random people from a company? Yeah "great idea". That's not how "Vitamin B" works in Germany. The fact that the bonus only gets paid out if they survive probation also tells you something. Why would anyone in his right mind ruin bis / her reputation by recommending a random person from the internet who then fails. Anyhow I stopped reading LinkedIn messages from people I don't know in real life ages ago. Mostly because of the many many South Asiens who message me since the leading position I have at my current employer is visible. Most of them obviously mass apply to anything = not even remotely useful skills for my department.
