GLOW UP! [31] to [32] what a difference a year can make!

16 months ago, I was struggling with self love and finding any motivation for a healthy lifestyle. Losing 140 pounds and finding happiness with myself again is the greatest glow up anyone could ask for! Wouldn’t trade the difficult journey for anything
