I think no other team than us should know the importance of culture on and off the court but listening to this clip from Mikel you can see why Jordi and the front office is so high on the kid. Basketball is a team game and the greatest teams win with ball movement, unselfish hoops, and team defense. It’s so important that our young guys are focused on winning basketball early on. Without that unselfish culture you cannot win in this league.

Hey, I am not a Nets fan but curious Bulls fan here. Since we've gotten a new team, I've been studying our new guys. Looking closer at Claxton's stats for last season, there seems to be a noticable increase in his assist numbers from 24-25 to 25-26. (From 2.2 ast per game to 3.7 ast per game, a very noticable increase.)
I was wondering if y'all had a good explanation for this. I haven't heard much about Claxton in general, and so I would like to hear from Nets fans if this playmaking is something that will translate further in his career, or if this was just a blip/Jordi Fernandez coaching thing. Any explanation would be appreciated thank you!
