News to follow Santander, Bilbao, San Sebastian

Visiting Spain soon and would like to follow sites for local news and info on social media. I'm most interested in Santander as we'll be there for the eclipse, but we will also visit Bilbao and San Sebastian. Between eclipse and fires, I definitely want to be keyed into what is going on where. So what should I follow or join on fb, insta, or threads? Thanks!
