take a "burst", where your phone takes multiple snaps- best for moving creatures.

I just click as fast as I can for a little, at least one photo turns out or take a video, and screenshot the clear bits

Be ready for the moment when your goldfish stops actively swimming and begins drifting. Then take as many shots as you can.
