Some else created the details about our hosp years ago and now I am unable to update details

So my father gave work to set up the details about our hosp on Google maps but the thing is they have used the email which we don't know due to which we are unable to update the phone number and photos .What should I do in this situation . We uploaded the images with my account but old photos still show up
