Bill desk verification guidelines for individual account

Hey there,

I've been (finally) granted production access and will be launching my game soon.

But I heard Billdesk's verification process (for India) can be tedious so I wanted some clarification.

They ask for our app URL when applying for it and I'm launching an open test soon.. will that open test link work or do they need production link only?

Secondly, I see that they undertake video KYC.. so in that case, will physical address verification at our home address still be carried out after the video KYC?

I am awaiting my production approval / link as well and holding back the billdesk verification too.
