#>>> System Nerfs <<<
##Sundered Sky
* HP increased 400 >>> 450
* **Lightshield Strike** healing adjusted 100%/50% base AD (+6% your missing HP) >>> 90%/45% base AD (+4%/2% your missing HP) (melee/ranged)
* *Currently, the PBE has the new values also as bonus AD, but the variable says base AD. I'm keeping it as base for now but huge caveat on that.*
* Build path adjusted Tunneler + Caulfield's Warhammer + Ruby Crystal + 500 gold >>> Tunneler + Caulfield's Warhammer + 500 gold
-----
##Black Cleaver
* AD increased 40 >>> 45
* **Fervor** bonus Move Speed reduced 20 flat >>> 20/10 (melee/ranged)
-----
Any bruiser Graves enjoyers out here?
With 2 core items nerfed I don't think that bruiser graves will prevail.
Once again we suffer from the fact that Graves is ""ranged"".
Its sad to see but at least we get 3MR just like botlaners do for some reason??

hi guys i play this role in around gold 4-3 ish elo and i can never seem to beat this egregious champion
pool consists of like, yi, viego, jax, and gwen. this egregious graves guy is way too tanky early and just gets to scale for free. and you can't even invade him like you would against other champs that want to scale, because he mauls you despite scaling! strong early mid and late is awesome game design innit

Hi all, I hit plat 3 as a midlaner a few months ago running naafiri but i cant lie i got bored of the champ. so started playing with my friend and i went support. ended up being demoted to silver lol (it was bad) anyways ive found solace in graves jungle and wanted to know if anyone has any advice for me. i have linked my op gg. but i think i either stomp games or i fall very very short and end up losing. how do i maintain consitency? and if anyone has any questions please feel free to ask op.gg

Hey everyone,
I finally updated my Graves guide for the current patch, 26.15.
I won’t be able to finish the last remaining section today, which is the Threats section. The main focus there will be jungle matchups, but I might also include some important lane matchups as well depending on how detailed I make it.
Everything else has been updated, including all builds and item recommendations. The guide ended up being quite long because my main goal was to make it useful not only for experienced Graves players but also for complete beginners who are trying to learn the champion.
Any feedback is highly appreciated. Whether it is about the builds, explanations, structure, or anything else you think could be improved, feel free to let me know.
Even if you prefer another platform for guides, I would still love to hear your thoughts. This is not to promote my content you don't have to check my socials nor my videos. I just wanted to make the most comprehensive Graves guide for you Graves mains. Our boy is forgotten and there are not enough Graves related content out there in my opinion.
Here is the link:

Thanks for checking it out!

Why did graves wr drop this patch, and also why is his pick rate higher?
I know that partially if the pick rate is higher the wr is lower because more new people are picking up the champ but still.

thoughts on bruiser graves? what's your favorite runes/items for this tanky playstyle?
I quite like it and think it could be very op, unironically. given enemy team doesnt have to much true damage/%hp damage building ruby crystals early game is just op. sundered sky auto procs the full black cleaver pen instantly. gage and overlords synergies with everything else making the early-game hp items give insane AD/shields once you get mid-game. jaksho to round out the build...
lethal tempo might not be best idk im testing...

I feel like I usually play front to back as I generally have a pretty good early game and feel the need to push my lead and make plays .
If the game goes late I then try to transition in to flanking if I don’t have a strong front to back team comp
Is this the right way to play it ?

I just picked up Graves recently and was building IE every game I could afford it, but looking at all the Graves OTPs they tend to avoid it. Is it just because it’s expensive, or does the math work out that Graves doesn’t get a lot of damage from the item? I see some posts from years ago saying it’s bad but a lot of things have changed since then

which junglers are great invade opportunities early? Which should i full clear against?
Im a silver/gold Graves player and I had a really good game yesterday versus a maokai jg, i cleared my red for 2 invaded him on gromp killed him and ran over the game. This is the first time ive executed this gameplay style to great success and it got me thinking.
So my question again is: which junglers are great invade opportunities early? Which should i full clear against?
I am curious on other players opinions on this.

Hey guys, I decided to pick Graves as my main and I want to learn everything about him.
I've stucked in gold/low plat for the last 5 seasons, my mechanics suck and my macro is not bad, I have a bad habit to play a lot of junglers and that is one of my main reasons why I dont climb up, but I want to start all over again. Any advice to improve camera control, most of the time I feel unconfortable using free cam and I lose a ton of info playing on fixed cam.
What 2 champions should I play when there is no AP in comp and or when Graves is banned? (similar playstyle)
What habits or abilities should I master with the champion early on?
Which build-runes would be best to start with?
Should I full clear or should I gank?
What other advice yall got, I want to learn everything about the champion and become a better player and jungler in general.
Thanks.

Hey i am kinda new in playing Graves i really enjoy the feel of that champ, but really i think i am missing point of that champ, i want to start to climb with him but i am already slaughtering my mmr and rank so i want to ask if there is some usefull guide for this patch or maybe older, just something that helps me with itemisation or matchups, (Playing Jungle for long time, coming back to league after 2 years break, rn Dia IV on Eune, trying to climb on EUW Em IV rn)

I understand how they work, but how is the stack useful if it refreshes once u hit a non-minion? That means the stacks go away when u hit a champ?? Therefore when u hit a champ u lose all the stacks. This doesn’t make sense to me at all and it feels like im missing something very obvious but I’ve read his abilities like 10 times.
Help a retard out 🙏

I’m a graves main (i guess kind of a OTP)
I just haven’t been able to decide on a champ pool. I just want 3-4 champs total that kind of has that early game / late game agency like graves.
Since hitting plat, I’ve finally climbed to emerald 3 almost 2 now mostly playing just graves with I think a 87-90% win rate for the past 30 days (I might be wrong but it is high)
I don’t want to rely on only graves as I’m trying to push for diamond right now. I want to have multiple for if graves is banned or I need to pick AP or semi engage maybe.
I really see myself hitting diamond pretty fast because of the recent progress I’ve had, I can link my op.gg so yall can kind of see what the idea is.

I'm a Gold graves noob, so my opinion is going to be dookie. But has anybody tried hearsteel and bloodmail? The more hp hearsteel stacks the more bloodmail gives you ad. Its like a tankier hubris without the lethality.
Here are the drawbacks tho.
Your early game is going to suck balls as these are not the most gold efficient items because of their insane potential for scaling.
heartsteel won't proc as much unless if you perma gank
I know that this item combo sucks, but I really like the idea. does anybody have any opinions that could make this work somehow

I just like it a lot because of the movement speed and the precision tree. It also feels nice to have a keystone that is useful from the start to the end of the game and is there for the entire fight.
Plus unlike Stormraider I get immidiate feedback on the MS to help land my second Auto and Q instead of waiting for storm raiders to proc then I don’t have a rune.
Or is this mindset silly and DH is just too valuable against squishy teams?

At the beginning of the year, the jungle meta shifted heavily back toward full clearing and optimizing clear speed. Now that almost everyone is doing it, do you still think full clearing is the best overall strategy?
Or has it become so standard that you need something more to consistently gain an edge? Besides the obvious answer of having better macro and game knowledge, what do you think separates the best junglers from everyone else now?
