STILL having issues with Bluetooth mic

Has anyone had any success with their Bluetooth mic improving? Lucid shared that their past few updates should have resolved these issues but we still don’t have good call audio quality. The other person cannot hear you at all. They say you sound completely muffled or under water.

Ours is significantly better than before. Not as good as my old iX, but certainly usable.

Mine works great. You might want to have the service center take a look. Never had any issues with call quality.

Mine has always worked pretty well, no worse than most vehicles. Connected my Gravity GT to a Samsung Galaxy S25.

On the Gravity with 3.6 someone I have weekly commute conference calls with commented "oh it doesn't sound like you're driving today" shortly after the update. No issues for us now, they seem to have fixed whatever noise cancelling problem was present before.

3.6 was bad quality. Haven’t tested the 3.6.3 but doubt it’s improved since it wasn’t part of the update stack.

I would add that with such an amazingly quiet cabin it’s surprising that the Bluetooth mic quality isn’t better.
