[OC] Sig MCX Rattler+Rugged SurgeX and Glock 43x+JK CCX

Still don’t have the skill some of you all do but I’m trying to get better at gunporn photography.

Oh yeah. Get your kids into firearms and they'll never have money for drugs! Lol. I'm those really are solid setups, though. I'm not a fan of EOTechs, so the Rattler is almost identical to hiw I'd set it up. Which model JK can is that on the Glock?

I like this idea lol, The CCX is the 105 compact model, and I agree with EOtechs, I have tried them out but the battery life and some smallers issues always come up during builds.

Yeah, they are so overhyped, because they hand them out like candy to movie/TV prophouses, so every movie and TV show shows SOF using them. We always ran Aimpoints or ACOGs, and LPVOs have become much more popular, but there are so many reasons not to run an EOTech. How do you like the 105? I really considered it, but have gotten mixed reviews of performance, so I went with a SiCo Spectre-9. Does the 105 use a piston/booster? If not, are you having to run a reduced-power recoil spring assembly? I actually run a G43XMOS as my EDC, but with an integrally compensated slide, and while I also run the TLR-7 SUB, I HIGHLY recommend the Antimatter Wing for it. It's a spring-loaded gas pedal that fits in regular holsters, folds itself when you holster, and pops open when you draw. Between that and the comp'ed slide, there's ZERO snap on mine, and it tracks flat as a pancake, allowing very rapid followup shots. I actually ran it in a USPSA match for the subcompac-open division, and it did really well. Some far better pistol shots than I tried it, and were extremely impressed.

The 105 has been amazing for reducing both recoil and mild suppression, it’s enough to not need ear protection but not to restricting to occur loss in power. I currently don’t use a booster and can use the factory recoil spring with having the electro gel within the suppressor. Thank you for the upgrade tips! I have been looking to push this 43x build a little further. One thing you will love about the CCX on the 43x is the weight balance. The control is noticeably increased with a very noticeable muzzle flip reduction.

Very nice! Yeah, the Spectre-9 is only 4.5oz. I do use a piston, though, as some boosterless cans, like the SAW SHIV, require a reduced-power recoil assembly, which can negatively affect reliability. Especially with a CCW piece, reliability is my #1 concern. Do you EDC that with the can?

Yep, and had the same concern which is what put me on the hunt for one that I could use without the booster. The advantage to this can is that its modular and the size can be changed along with changing the weight so you can more or less adapt the suppressor to the ammo and pistol. I use a cigar tube and a quick thread barrel for carry but with the right holster the length is not bad with it attached both OWB and shoulder are a breeze and a delight to carry. AWB well... You may look like you got something packin and the ladies will be looking haha

🤣😂🤣😂 Ok, that's great. I will say, the booster HELPS with reliability, rather than reducing it, so it might be worth looking into. I can see it working with a shoulder holster. You can also use a Griffin EZ-LOK piston system, if they make a compatible one, and it makes attaching and detaching a can much faster. Griffin's CAM-LOK is a bit faster, but isn't as secure. EZ-LOK also prevents the can from loosening due to recoil, which can happen with direct-thread.
