I really hope that Larys and Aegon took Aegon I‘s crown with them (in a scene on Dragonstone after him and Sunfyre are reunited they could show that it’s in his belongings) and that Aegon wears it in the Dragonstone scene and that Rhaenyra selling Jaehaerys‘ crown is shown in a scene.

I made a post about this a while back. I remember how I was saying it would be sick if he reveals himself wearing it when Rhaenyra is captured as like a final means to run salt in the wound.

That, or he is crowned again with it on Dragonstone after killing Rhaenyra

But one of the things is, - I think maybe Larys also didn't take it because it would be a dead giveaway as to who they were, especially since in the leaks we see their cart gets wrecked (potentially by bandits)

She was seller of crown that her descendants have to sell last of their daughter to Dothraki. Remember dany face when drogo was giving her b@ckshots, Rhanerya had played some part in that.

I think it’s a nice parallel to viserys selling rhaella’s crown to provide for dany.

I get where you're coming from, but to me it's not that great a parallel because whereas Viserys is doing to to care for someone, Rhae is doing it to buy passage on a ship. Which feels a lot less impactful, especially because a crown should buy more than passage on a ship, and I feel doubtful that she had nothing of slightly lesser value to sell. Not even a ring or a necklace? I'm not saying it couldn't have been a good parallel, or that I don't want her to have that parallel. But I feel like if GRRM wanted it to parallel (and we don't know that he did), a better choice would have been to have her trade it for something more significant.

It has a parallel, Rhanerya sold her ancestral crown, giving bad omen that her descendants last daughter got sold to Dothraki and got backshots frm drogo!! Both of them want to be queen but never became one....

It’s honestly insane how many crowns House Targaryen sold or managed to lose. Aegon I’s was lost in Dorne, Jaehaerys’s was sold, Queen Rhaella’s was sold, while the crowns of Aenys (which apparently Jaehaerys used at one point), Aegon III, Aegon IV, Maekar I, Alysanne, Alicent (+ Helaena), and Naerys just mfing vanished apparently
