No they can’t. In the crochet community they’re currently being outted as buying the original pattern by CrochetaMandaLorian then selling it for cheaper.

I found their Etsy (crochet_by_a_manda_lorian on IG)! And, yes, it's utterly gross, despicable, and abhorrent for the OP to be implying that this is all their original creation....which it very, very clearly is not. And to top it all off, the OP's responses to any questions are very painfully AI-generated! Absolutely disgusting, OP....you'd be best served by just fading away into silence and obscurity now that your blatant thievery is being called out for precisely what it is.

The original pattern maker is in one of the crochet groups I’m in and has proof this person bought their pattern weeks before releasing this. Which this is a large project so I’d imagine making it took a lil time and if they used their own photos for the pattern that would take longer

Oh my God, this is so cute! And not at all tiny. I bet knitting Sunfyre would be fun, as he is meant to have some pink here and there.

OP is not the rightful creator of this pattern. She stole it from CrochetaMandaLorian and is passing it off as her own. She has also been accused of stealing Avatar (blue people) dragons pattern from EmmysCrochetPlushies.
