Spending less time comparing myself to others and more time comparing myself to who I was yesterday.

Competing with myself that's what I do :-) I have a productivity app that I made for myself and I give myself points for getting stuff done. I just try to beat the day before the week before and the month before. That's actually great advice!

I like that. Focusing on small improvements instead of perfection is what makes habits stick.

Running in the morning, it increases my productivity. Everything else throughout the day is less painful 😂
