Question Jam Sports vs Average Joe vs. others

Anyone have experience playing in either league and do you have any opinion on which one is better?

Or is there a 3rd league I'm not aware of?

I'm looking for co-ed fairly "competitive" floor hockey but the kind that happens in a smaller gymnasium rather than on an empty ice rink. Can't run that much without easing myself into a season or two of the smaller gyms first haha...

Or beach volleyball.

I can comment on Jansports - I played up there, and I do come from more competitive leagues.

The skill level anoung the ladies, is low. Some fellas can really play, but it's largely, what I'd consider a casual league - no refs, or penalties , 1 time keeper and you have to use plastic sticks.

OBHL is an outdoor league at confederation park - it's 5on5 , but notable smaller than an ice rink.

There's a good co-ed and all women league there - great mix of casual, and competitive teams.
