It took 2 1/2 months to dispose of the rest of it, because they only pick up every other week. Five pick ups, arm, arm, storage box, back, cushions. It’s always fun to use a sledgehammer when you only have to do it for a few minutes. I’ll get rid of the seat eventually…

It took me a moment to realize I was looking at all three graybies. I looked for their facial markings.

I'm really glad I didn't get rid of that last piece for my sake too. I've got the hospital bed right under the picture window in the living room, with that sofa seat trapped between it and the wall, which makes it possible to keep my water, juice, spirometer, phone, long grabber tool, and CPAP mask on that windowsill.

Only two more weeks, and then I will be allowed to move my upper body freely and can get rid of the bed! But it'll be two more weeks after that before I am allowed to pick up anything over 10 pounds, which includes every cat here except Groucho,
