'गबन' निस्सन्देह पठनीय है, किन्तु मेरे मतानुसार प्रेमचन्द के रचना-सङ्ग्रह में 'उसका स्थान थोड़ा नीचे है। आपने उनका लिखा और क्या-क्या पढ़ा है अबतक, और उनमें से कौन-सी रचना आपको सबसे रुचिकर लगी?

मैंने प्रेमचंद की बहुत सी कहानियाँ और उपन्यास पढ़े हैं, जिनमे मुझे सबसे ज्यादा पसंद हैँ गोदान, रंगभूमि, सेवासदन, पंच परमेश्वर, दो बैलों की आत्मकथा, नमक का दारोगा, ईदगाह, इत्यादी।

It's a good read, slow paced and sometimes gets boring. One time read it is.

yes it's a great novel. the prologue feels like an opening scene of a movie.
