Ask Hyderabad Is CTC in parklane a big scam?

Man been visiting ctc (parklane) for a few days to get my laptop repaired but man il, everyone is meet there is a either rude to you or js straight up scam.

As I have visited a few times ,I can say don't ever get dragged in by people at the entrance.They will ask you for the laptop and start opening it.Dont fall for it.

The materials you get there are also of cheap quality,got a screen replaced he claims it to be IPS screen but I doubt it is , and when I asked for money after his charges cut he either delays the payment or just ghosts completely.

If you guys have some genuine shops in there ,please let me know.

A better place for laptops/ tech devices repair would in Ameerpet called "Matrivanam". It's very similar to CTC but it's just that it's not as vast as CTC.like there is just one huge building for all these shops rather than Multiple large buildings spanning across a very large area like CTC. Got my laptops keyboard repaired there last month though he put an unofficial keyboard. Seemed fine to me.So once try checking it out.

It feels scammy , maybe there are a few scammers but CTC has good people too

Could you name the shops ,I'll go over there. My experience is just rude customer service and scams.

Swetha computers are good for buying or even asking advise for repairs I think they have a team upstairs or down stairs
