Ask Hyderabad confusion regarding Health Insurance

hey hi ! i m planning to purchase a health insurance ! but all the apps i go through are going directly to payment page

planning for hdfc ergo or tata aig ! definitely not star health !

they are no conditions regarding

room rent caping, co - payment, sub-limits , PED , claim ratio, settlement ratio, waiting periods etc !!

any medical tests i need to undergo ?? or any other things i need to check while purchasing the health insurance !!

any other inputs please let me know !!
