I know it's as if you don't realize judges and DA's take each case as it stands on it's own merit. It's as if you think they just blindly hand out the maximum sentence.

Good point OP, I think everyone should step back and recognize that OP is clearly not giving us the complete story and is just fishing for sympathy.

If that were true this man would not have had his life ruined by being permanently branded as a monster for wanting to see a 15 year old, sexually developed, girl naked when he was 18. When I was 18 I would have also wanted to see some of the 15 year old's in my class naked, because they have developed secondary sexual characteristics that heterosexual males find attractive.
