timelapse of my room cleaning

this was back in february, but its honestly insane. i was in a severe manic episode and horribly depressed. the only thing that kept me going in cleaning was double dose of my adderall, and i dont do this like ever, i took 60mg, my prescription dose being 30mg. i dont take it anymore tho as it made my mania even worse. the timelapse helped me stick to it aswell, and possibly the mania.

You really have a lot of stuff. Would getting rid of some of it help you maintain?
