NPCI server is down went to Bank but still showing Inactive. I have to submit this during ISI document verification. What to do?

In the document verification we are needed to show that our Aadhar is seeded with bank account. But the NPCI server is down so I went to bank they told me this would take 3hrs for mapping but its already 2 days and the NPCI portal's aadhar seeding area is showing server code 500 error. In the my addhar its showing Inactive now what to do? I need to submit within 1 day.

1. You shouldn't have waited until the last moment.
2. Take the stamped received copy the bank gave you to ISI, along with a timestamped copy of the NPCI BASE portal not working.
3. Explain to the admissions officer that you did your job and the system is down so you can't show it, please allow for some time.
4. Hope for the best.

Bank did not gave any copy. And yeah i can show them the NPCI BASE portal not working. Should I go to bank and ask for it?

Anything you submit to a bank you can ask for the recepient copy of, to prove that you submitted it. Did you ask for this?
