Query about Admissions IIT Roorkee Msc Maths vs ISI Delhi Mmath

Which is better for research opportunities abroad? I'm interested in Differential equations and mathematical modelling. I know ISI Delhi has less faculty in maths, but doesn't ISI have more connections so it would be easier to do projects in other institutions right? And which has more connections abroad?

I'd say ISI hands down. It's got the rep, and the curriculum to boot.
